We pride ourselves in serving traditional, centuries-old Korean recipes. Each menu item is carefully crafted from scratch, with many vegetables straight from the family garden right to your table. Local favorites are our: 1. Pork bone soup (gamjatang | ?????). The broth is hard-hitting on flavor, yet light! Combines the rich aromas of pork spine bones with our family garden-sourced napa cabbage, potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, soybean sprouts, and wild sesame seeds. Perfect for filling up without feeling bloated or stuffed. 2. Ginseng chicken soup (samgyetang | ???). Picture steaming-hot ginseng-infused chicken soup with jujubes, perfect for providing iron and phosphorus. Traditionally, samgyetang is eaten in dog days of summer. Think "fight fire with fire" (???? | ). You can't find a samgyetang with a broth like ours in NYC--it is the heartiest and healthiest available.
